Need an Official Record?
Route a Teton County request according to the record involved:
- Court case files: use the Court Case Lookup guide, then contact the Teton County Clerk at 150 Courthouse Drive, Driggs, ID 83422; 208-354-8771; clerk@co.teton.id.us. County business hours are generally 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but confirm the court counter's current schedule
- Sheriff incident and arrest reports: follow the official public-information request instructions or call 208-776-8223
- Booking and custody records: contact Madison County Jail, 145 E. Main Street, Rexburg, ID 83440, at 208-372-5002; it has housed Teton County inmates since January 1, 2026
- Idaho criminal histories: submit the name-based or fingerprint-based request to the Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification
- Police and incident reports: ask the agency that created the report, which may be Teton County, a city agency, or Idaho State Police
- Shielding or qualifying BCI expungement: use the proper Idaho court or BCI process; these are separate remedies
